1. About Izzy Sanitary
Izzy Sanitary is a sanitary products retail company registered and operating in Ghana, offering sanitary pads and related hygiene products for sale to retail and wholesale customers. 2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
3. Products & Pricing
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of your order will be honoured for that order.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed through our website order form. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and cash on delivery. Online payments are processed securely through Paystack. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method. Orders are confirmed once payment is received or, for Cash on Delivery orders, once confirmed via WhatsApp.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Accra and other major cities in Ghana through our approved delivery partners. Delivery fees and timeframes are displayed at checkout. Same-day delivery is available subject to stock and delivery partner availability. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, third-party courier delays).
6. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases once a product has been opened. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect your name, phone number, email address, and delivery location solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment data is handled entirely by Paystack and is not stored on our systems. By placing an order, you consent to us contacting you via WhatsApp and email regarding your order and, occasionally, new products or promotions. You may opt out at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Izzy Sanitary and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Izzy Sanitary is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana. Our business is based in Kumasi, Ghana.
